Common Questions

Is it really free?
Yes. Basic membership is free forever. You can register cameras, appear on the police map, and receive footage requests at no cost. Premium features like crime alerts and retail intelligence are available as optional paid upgrades.
Can police see my camera footage?
No. Police can only see that a camera exists at your location. They cannot access any footage unless you explicitly choose to share it. You are always in control.
What if I don't have a camera?
You can still join. Members without cameras can receive crime alerts, report incidents, and contribute to community safety through observations and information sharing.
How is my data protected?
We use bank-grade encryption, strict access controls, and are fully ISO 27001:2022 certified. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties outside of our terms.
Which areas do you cover?
We are a national platform covering every state and territory. Crime alerts are currently available in VIC and NSW, with more states coming soon.
